2009 Harvest Days
This last harvest season, V2 Farm was overrun by pirates! Several acres of corn where shaped into a Jolly Roger maze, whose pathways confounded the compass. The bravest souls entered after sundown, tackling the obstacles with only a flashlight and their own wits. Those who managed to solve the secrets of the maze are listed below the V2 Pirate Hall of Fame. The pumpkin patch, hay rides, horse bounce and barnyard activities round out the harvest farm experience.
The corn maze is more than just a place for high adventure; we endeavor to be sustainable and responsible to the land. The field corn used to form the maze serves as fodder for the pigs, goats, chickens, and longhorn cattle on the farm. Even the horses and bunnies love it!
